How to play:
Choose Your Role: Either play as a Hunter or Prop.
As a Prop: Find an object that blends well with your surroundings and remain still to avoid detection. Move only when you are sure it’s safe.
As a Hunter: Look for clues that might indicate an object is actually a disguised player. Use tools or power-ups strategically to assist in the search.
Team Coordination: If you are playing with teammates, communicate and work together to outsmart your opponents.
Description:
PropHunter is a multiplayer, party game that combines the thrill of hide-and-seek with the strategic element of disguise. In this game, players are divided into two teams: the Hunters and the Props. The Props must hide in the environment by disguising themselves as objects in the surroundings, while the Hunters attempt to find and eliminate them within a time limit.
Gameplay Overview
Hunters: Their goal is to find and eliminate all the disguised props. They have to rely on their wits and observation skills to identify which objects are out of place or moving suspiciously.
Props: The goal of the props is to blend into the environment and avoid being discovered. They can transform into various objects around the map, such as chairs, crates, and other furniture, to hide in plain sight.
Game Modes
The game generally features multiple maps with unique environments, providing different challenges for both Hunters and Props. As a prop, you must use your environment strategically, deciding when to move or stay still to avoid detection. In some modes, Props have limited transformations, making it important to choose your hiding spot wisely.
Customization and Power-ups
The game also includes customization options, allowing players to unlock skins or new props, adding variety and fun to the gameplay. Power-ups for both Hunters and Props may be scattered throughout the map, such as speed boosts or detection tools to give either side an advantage.
Visuals and Sound
With its cartoonish and playful art style, PropHunter offers an enjoyable visual experience for all ages. Sound plays an important role as well—Props must listen carefully for the sound cues that indicate when a Hunter is close, and Hunters must rely on audio clues to spot out-of-place objects.
